The expertise spans patient accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, comprehensive A/R management, and strategic planning for patient accounts. Highly skilled in Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and commercial insurance billing, with extensive hands-on experience in systems such as PCC, EPIC, MyAbility, EMDEON, Matrix, and RFMS. Throughout the career span ALisa have led high-performing teams, reduced bad debt, streamlined workflows, improved collections, and implemented new systems and processes that strengthened financial operations.
